Description :
Clematis are excellent plants for dressing vertical structures in slightly shaded situations , or in the sun if the soil is deep and fresh. They are covered with large flowers from July to September. 'Jackmanii' is a classic with dark purple flowers , but a multitude of colors and flower sizes are available on the market. The foliage is always green , and support is necessary to allow the plant to climb.
